Gannon University recognizes Crystal Arlington with Legacy Award
Lake City, May 11, 2012 — The Gannon University Small Business Development Center (‘SBDC’) announced today that Crystal Arlington, CSP, LICM, and CEO & President of Affiliated Grounds Maintenance Group, Inc., is the recipient of the 2012 W.I.L.D. Legacy Award. The honor is bestowed annually to a professional woman leader who mentors other women, supports her community and excels in her career. Arlington, who was the first female in North America to hold both a certification in landscape and snow and ice management, was selected among several nominations and reviewed by an independent panel of community judges from Gannon University’s Leadership program including employees of Gannon University, the Gannon University Small Business Development Center and members of the W.I.L.D. Steering Committee.

Arlington was recognized at the 5th Annual Women in Leadership Development (W.I.L.D.) Conference held on May 11, 2012 at the Erie PA Bayfront Convention Center.
