Affiliated Grounds Maintenance Group, Inc. (‘AGMG’) founded in 1998 and headquartered in Lake City, Pennsylvania, began as a regional service provider for commercial property maintenance. Today, AGMG is a national exterior service provider encompassing work in 39 states with 4,700 affiliate partners and a current contractor retention rate of 99% and, a customer retention rate of 98%.

AGMG’s mission is to provide exceptional exterior services to facilities across the United States and Canada with its network of professionally trained affiliate partners who are overseen by AGMG’s highly experienced and ethical management team of certified landscape and certified snow management professionals.

AGMG is a company with national presence, but it offers property managers and facility owners a regional experience from AGMG’s Territory Account Managers who closely monitor their facilities to ensure quality service. In addition to our headquarters in Lake City, Pennsylvania, we maintain regional offices in Jacksonville, Florida and the New England states.
